Daniel and Darryl Roach started David G. Roach & Sons in January 1992 — and they're still the ones running it. 34 years in, the same two people who put their name on the door are the same ones bidding the work, walking the sites, and answering the phone.

We do heavy civil and highway construction across Central and Western Massachusetts: bridge replacements, road building, site work, drainage, and large-scale excavation. The kind of public-works projects where the contract documents are an inch thick, the inspector visits weekly, and the work has to last decades.

We're a small company on purpose. Ten trucks. Ten drivers. Two owners. A few long-tenure supervisors. That structure means the same hands that bid your project execute it — and it means we can move fast when something needs to be decided on site, because the decision-makers are already there.
